- 01There are a few things to keep in mind for the correct storage of UV nail polish to ensure a long product lifespan. What do you need to consider?1. UV nail polishes should be stored in a dark and dry place.UV nail polishes should be stored in a cupboard, drawer, or special container in a dry place, protected from sunlight. The optimal storage temperature is between 10 and 25 °C.2. Store bottles vertically.UV nail polishes should be stored vertically with the cap facing upwards. This prevents the product from leaking or drying out.3. Close the bottle correctly. The most common cause of problems with UV nail polish is improper sealing. When performing a manicure, holding the bottle too close to the lamp can significantly affect the product's consistency. Therefore, these products should be properly sealed and stored at an appropriate distance from the switched-on LED lamp.
- 02Proper preparation of the nail plate is the foundation of any long-lasting UV gel manicure. After removing the cuticles and buffing the nail plate with a polishing file, remove any dust with a silicone brush. The prepared nail plate should then be wiped with a lint-free wipe soaked in nail cleaner. Only then should you begin applying the UV gel polish.Preparing the nail plate makes manicures easier. The polish can now be applied evenly in a thin layer. If the cuticles and dust are not properly removed, they will mix with the applied products and cause unsightly unevenness.
- 03Sometimes, when placing an order, the postal code is entered incorrectly. How do I solve this problem? There must be a zero before each postal code. In addition, the following information should, of course, be entered correctly and completely:First and Last NameCompanies (if applicable)Correct and complete addressCorrect postal code.
- 04Every UV nail polish, both base and top coat, needs a specific amount of time to cure properly. For a quick overview, we've created tables that indicate how long each product needs to cure. You can find them here:It's worth knowing the wattage of your lamp so you can look it up in the table and check how much time is needed for individual products to cure. Why is this so important? A manicure that isn't cured long enough can't harden properly. This causes the UV nail polish to chip easily from the nail bed, negatively impacting the manicure's durability.
- 05Peeling can be caused by several factors. One solution is to completely remove the cuticle from the nail plate. If this isn't done, the UV nail polish will simply peel off.How exactly does it work? With the cuticle remover, you can easily remove unwanted cuticles in just 10 seconds. Preparing your nails in this way makes applying UV nail polish much easier, creating a long-lasting manicure. It's also important how the products are applied to the nail plate – you should proceed precisely and carefully, making sure not to get any polish on the area around the nails. If the product is accidentally applied to the cuticles and then the manicure is cured under the lamp, the entire style will chip quickly. If the polish gets on your skin, remove it with a wooden stick and only then cure the manicure under the lamp.If you pay attention to these two important points, you can improve the durability of your manicure.
- 06Perhaps you'd like to take advantage of the nice weather and do your UV nail polish manicure outdoors in the garden, on the balcony, or on the patio. We've received feedback from you that the styling often failed in such cases – the polish dried out, clumps formed, and it became impossible to apply any further products to the nail plate. This happens because sunlight hardens the polish, just like an LED lamp. For this reason, UV nail polish styling should not be done outdoors in the sun, on the patio, or in the garden, as sunlight has the same hardening effect as an LED lamp.
- 07UV nail polish must be cured under a lamp. Despite correct application, a sticky layer may form. This is a completely normal dispersion layer that always appears after curing UV nail polish and should be removed. How do I do this? Once the top coat is hard, wipe the nails with cleanser. This removes the sticky layer and gives your UV nail polish manicure a beautiful shine.

- 09UV nail polish combines the properties of UV gel and traditional nail polish, guaranteeing chip- and scratch-resistant nails for both fingernails and toenails. Cured under a UV/LED lamp, the UV nail polish lasts three to four weeks without peeling, scratching, chipping, or losing its brilliant shine. Constant reapplication is therefore no longer necessary.

- 16With proper use of our products, you don't need to worry about the health of your nails. One of the most common causes of damaged nails is improper buffing (superficial removal of the nail plate). The natural nail plate consists of approximately 100 to 150 layers. During preparatory buffing, only the first three layers of the natural nail are removed with a buffer. Finally, the nails and cuticles should be nourished with a conditioning oil.
- 17In rare cases, allergic reactions or skin abnormalities may occur. If redness, blisters, swelling, or other skin abnormalities appear, remove the UV nail polish immediately and consult a dermatologist.
- 18For professional use in salons, we recommend lamps with a higher wattage, such as 48W. These allow you to work for more than an hour due to their high efficiency. For home use, we recommend a 24W LED lamp.
- 19The curing time depends on several factors, including the lamp's power. The polish color can also make a difference; darker colors require a slightly longer exposure time. We recommend thoroughly reading the instruction manual supplied with the lamp before your manicure and adhering to the recommended curing times. The curing time can still vary depending on the diode distribution and the distance between your nails and the lamp.
- 20We offer a wide range of lamps. They vary in color, shape, and wattage. When choosing a lamp, you should consider your specific needs. If you only intend to use UV nail polish, a low-wattage LED lamp will suffice. However, if you plan to work with gel and UV nail polish, you will need an LED lamp with at least 24W.
- 21During the curing process under the lamp, particles in the gel move around. The more particles a product contains, the faster they move, which can lead to a burning sensation. Applying too much nail polish or primer, or having a weak or thin nail plate, can intensify this discomfort. Our tip: It's better to apply two separate coats of base or one-phase gel. The nail is then built up with the third coat. You can also remove your hand from the lamp and wait a while until the burning sensation subsides, then place your hand back under the lamp.
- 22We care deeply about the environment, which is why no animal has to suffer for the production of our products.
- 23Base Hard is a classic primer for UV nail polish. Only a thin layer of Base Hard is applied and then cured.Base Extra is a base that can not only be used as a classic primer for UV nail polish, but can also build up, reconstruct and lengthen nails up to 7 mm.
- 24Excessive exposure time, a top coat that is too thick, frequent sunbathing/tanning bed use, or frequent contact of the nails with chemicals can lead to yellowing of the top coat. Our tip: Please remember to wear protective gloves when handling chemicals. You can also protect your nails with an extra layer of top sunscreen while sunbathing.
- 25In some cases, blisters may occur if the nail plate is improperly prepared, the coat of polish is too thick, the exposure time is too short, the product is shaken too vigorously before application, or the application of the product is too fast or inaccurate. Our tip: To guarantee the best manicure, your nails must be properly buffed and degreased. Apply only thin coats of polish. Remember not to fill the bottle too full and apply it to your nail plate with calm, gentle movements. Wait a few seconds after applying the polish before placing your hand under the lamp.
- 26These two products are very different. The remover removes the polish, while acetone dissolves it. If you want to remove regular nail polish, the remover is sufficient. However, it's not enough to remove UV nail polish; for that, you'll need acetone.
- 27If the top layer of the nails is filed too thin, allowing the product to penetrate into the deeper layers of the nail plate, if different brands are combined, if too little acetone is used or the absorption time is too short, if tanning beds are used too frequently and intensively, if the top layer of the top coat is not mattified (then the acetone cannot penetrate into deeper layers of polish), or if the recommended exposure time is exceeded, it can be more difficult to remove the UV polish.
- 28If acetone gets into your eyes, rinse them thoroughly with plenty of water for several minutes and contact a doctor immediately.
- 29To do something good for your skin after removing nail polish with acetone, it's best to use a nail oil.
- 30Yes, you can apply UV nail polish over gel. It should be applied in the same way as on a natural nail plate. If the nail is strong and well-buffed, you can skip applying Base Hard or Base Extra. UV nail polish applied this way is durable and won't chip. If you want to remove the polish afterward, we recommend using a nail drill or a nail file. Acetone is not needed.
- 31Yes, you can extend your nails with our UV nail polish. To do this, you need to use the Base Extra to extend your nails up to 7 mm. First, apply the form and then the Base Extra to the nail plate. Apply 2-3 coats, curing each one individually. You can then complete the rest of your manicure as usual.
- 32No contraindications have been identified to date. The nail is dead tissue, and the substances contained in UV nail polish do not enter the bloodstream. However, pregnant women should avoid contact with chemical preparations. It's also important to remember that both UV nail polish and acetone, which is used to remove polish, can release harmful fumes that should not be inhaled. No contraindications have been identified to date. - 33For optimal application of the stickers, apply a thin layer of Top Sunblocker to a previously applied and cured base coat and cure it under a 36W LED lamp for 90 seconds or a 48W LED lamp for 20 seconds. Then, apply a pre-cut water-based sticker (without the backing layer) to the nail with the design facing up. Press the design firmly onto the nail and place your hand under the lamp for 20 seconds. After this time, apply Top Sunblocker or Top Hard and cure it under a 36W LED lamp for 120 seconds or a 48W lamp for 30 seconds.
- 34To answer some questions about application, we've created this overview for you. This way, you can always see how to apply each effect to your fingernail. Nothing stands in the way of creating your own works of art now!We have created a special application table for you:
- 35There are several reasons why UV nail polish might lack shine. It could be due to an insufficient curing time or cleaning with the cleaner too quickly. Our tip: After removing your nails from the LED lamp, wait until they have "cooled down". Only then should you apply the cleaner.
- 36If the handle no longer rotates, it may be that dust has gotten into the handle. Our tip: Use a dust extractor while working with the router to collect the rising dust. If dust gets into the handle, please send it to our headquarters for repair. In this case, however, the damage to the device was caused by improper use, so it cannot be returned under warranty – it can only be repaired at the customer's expense.
- 37If you apply too thick a layer of polish to your nail, the UV polish can shrink before you use the lamp. Make sure to properly degrease your nail plate before applying the base coat to prevent this. If the polish shrinks after you've placed your hand under the lamp, you should check the lamp's wattage. Like all devices, they are subject to wear and tear and will eventually need to be replaced. Our tip: Before applying the polish to your nail, try wiping off any excess polish that has collected on the brush. To ensure that the natural nail plate is properly degreased, use primer and nail prep. Also, pay attention to the correct curing time under the LED lamp.
- 38There are various causes for yellowing of the nail plate. Combining products from different brands, applying too little base coat, imprecise removal of the hard base coat, applying too much primer, or exceeding the recommended curing time can all lead to this. Our tip: Always try to apply the correct amount of base and primer to adequately protect the nail plate. To avoid unpleasant situations and, if possible, to determine which product is the cause, we recommend using only products from one brand. It is also very important to adhere to the recommended curing time for each shade.
- 39The color can discolor if the product overheats in the lamp, meaning the curing time is too long. This causes the color to absorb too much light, resulting in spots that usually disappear after about an hour. This happens more often if you apply the polish to each nail individually and cure the entire hand repeatedly. Our tip: It's very important to control the curing time and avoid applying three coats of paint. If necessary, you can apply a white base coat under your chosen color.
- 40Some paints may become slightly thicker under the influence of low temperatures; this happens most often during the winter season. Our tip: If difficulties arise during the application of a color (e.g. glitter or highly pigmented colors), warm the respective nail polish bottle in your hand or place it in a bowl filled with warm water (at a temperature of 30-50 °C) for about 3 minutes.
- 41If too thick a layer of base is applied, if the base layer is not cleaned with a dry, dust-free cotton pad, or if the exposure time is too short, the UV nail polish may be difficult to smooth onto the base. Our tip: If the UV nail polish is difficult to smooth, you should apply a thinner layer of base coat or extend the exposure time.
- 42If the nail plate is incorrectly prepared, mattified and/or degreased, if too thick a layer of polish is applied, if an expired product is used, if the free edge of the nail is not properly sealed, or if the nail plate is too weak or split, the UV nail polish may chip. Our tip: Prepare your nails properly before you begin your manicure. Buff the nail plate and degrease it with the cleaner. Then apply the primer, which extends the wear time, and wait a moment for it to absorb. Next, apply very thin coats of UV gel polish, curing each coat under the LED lamp. If you're working with a natural nail plate, remember to properly seal the free edge of the nail by applying the polish to the front edge of the nail with each coat.
- 43Because the natural nail plate is very flexible and bends, it can happen that the UV nail polish cracks. Our tip: If you have very thin, flexible nail plates or longer nails, the UV nail polish may crack and a "spiderweb" effect may form on the surface of the top coat. If this happens, you should refresh or buff your nails and then reapply the top coat.
- 44If the nail plate is incorrectly prepared, the naturally oily nail plate is insufficiently degreased, too thick a layer of nail polish has been applied, or the exposure time is too short, the UV nail polish can detach from the nail plate. Our tip: Thoroughly buff and degrease your nails and apply a very thin layer of UV nail polish. Cure each layer individually under the LED lamp and refrain from cleaning your nails with cleaner between coats.
- 45If the LED lamp's output is too low or too thick a layer of gel has been applied to the nail, the gel may not harden. However, if the gel has hardened and the sticky layer (dispersion layer) is still on the nails, the nail should be cleaned with the cleaner. Our tip: Apply the gel in thin layers and cure each layer under an LED lamp for the appropriate exposure time. If the gel still doesn't cure, you may need to replace the lamp.
- 46If the gel has hardened inside the packaging, it may have been placed near the lamp and exposed to UV radiation. Other possible reasons include a leaking package, an expired product, or leaving the gel's packaging open. Our tip: Carefully close the gel packaging after completing the treatment and store it in a dark place. When applying the gel to the nail, do not place it too close to the LED lamp.
- 47If the nail plate is improperly prepared, i.e., not sufficiently buffed and/or degreased, the gel may chip. Applying too thick a layer of gel, using an expired product, or leaving the nail edges unprotected can also cause this. Our tip: Prepare your nails properly before starting the treatment. Apply the primer after buffing the nail plate to improve product adhesion. Then apply a thin layer of gel and cure it under the LED lamp. Repeat this step 2-3 times and then clean your nails with the cleaner. It's crucial to protect the free edges. To do this, always apply a thin layer of the product to the front edge of the nail during your manicure.
- 48If the artificial nails are not sufficiently buffed, the gel may not adhere properly. Applying too thick a layer of gel, using an expired product, or having too short a curing time can also cause this problem. Our tip: First, check the expiration date of the gel. If everything is okay, you can buff the artificial nails with a 100/180 grit file and then apply the primer. Next, apply a thin layer of the gel and repeat the process 2-3 times. Finally, clean the nails with the cleaner.
- 49One cause of yellowing nail tips can be excessive sunbathing or visits to tanning salons. Frequent contact with chemicals can also lead to yellowing of the nail tips. Our tip: Use the top sunblock to prevent this problem. You should also always wear protective gloves when working with chemicals.
